Milton Abbas Neighbourhood Plan Area

Referendum on the adoption of the Milton Abbas Neighbourhood Plan

1. A referendum will be held on Thursday, 6th May 2021 to decide on the question below:

‘Do you want Dorset Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Milton Abbas to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’

2. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Monday, 19th April 2021. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.

3. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ by 5pm on Tuesday, 20th April 2021.

4. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ by 5pm on Tuesday, 27th April 2021.

5. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ by 5pm on Thursday, 6th May 2021.
